Seafood Processing
MadgeTech offers data loggers to record and monitor temperature in all phases of production, from cooling and cooking to storage and shipping. The HiTemp150, HiTemp150FP, Temp1000P and RFOT can be used for seafood processing. To fit many applications, various probe lengths can be purchased.
By inserting the probe directly into the product you can monitor the internal temperature through the whole cooking process. In addition, the RFOT also has the capability to transmit wirelessly back to a central computer for real-time monitoring.
