The MadgeTech LNDS, Liquid Nitrogen Data Logging System, is an ultra-low temperature measurement system created specifically for the monitoring of temperature sensitive substances that need to be preserved at cryogenic temperatures.

The LNDS can be mounted to the top or outer of a cryo-shipper or freezer, and the probe sheath can be inserted into the tank. The user can then directly view the internal temperature through the LCD on the logger. Also, a variety of probe sizes are available.

MadgeTech’s LNDS is easily user programmable with pre selected sample rates from between 2 seconds to 24 hours, and it features a programmable start time and date, up to six months in advance.

The 8-button membrane keypad and large LCD provides the user with the ability to view the current reading, minimum, maximum, and average statistics, in real-time. The nonvolatile memory will retain data even if AC and battery power are lost. Also, the 9-volt battery it runs on is both user-replaceable and cost effective.

The Liquid Nitrogen Monitoring System includes the TCTemp2000 data logger with N.I.S.T calibration certification, thermocouple probe, and 9 volt AC wall mounted power adaptor.

The LogTag TRID30-7 temperature recorder features a display together with a data logging function storing up to 7770 temperature readings. Statistical temperature and duration readings for up to 30 days can reviewed on the display.

The visual display of current temperature and previous alarms is an important feature in “static” applications such as cool rooms and refrigerators. The TRID30-7 can also be used in transit applications where a direct readout of the statistical data is required without use of a computer or readout device.

The display arrangement is designed to show ‘at a glance’ if temperature violations have occurred during the current day and up to the previous 29 days. The display also shows the current temperature reading, the current time, recording status and battery status.

If a reading outside the pre-set “Alarm” limits is recorded at any time, a “day alarm indicator” appears on the display. A visual alarm trigger is displayed if one or more of the configured alarm trigger conditions have been met. An alarm trigger condition can be a single reading above the upper or below the lower threshold values, a set of consecutive violating readings or an accumulation of violation readings encountered.

Details of any violations can be checked directly by inspecting the statistics history on the recorder’s display or in more detail by downloading the logged data. Logged data can be downloaded via a standard LogTag Interface to the free companion software LogTag Analyzer which provides facilities for displaying data in chart, table or statistical formats and allows electronic archiving, export or transmission of the data in support of sophisticated data management systems.

The recorder incorporates an external temperature sensor uniquely arranged in a recess in the case. This arrangement protects the sensor from physical damage while retaining the faster response time normally associated with remote sensors.

The recorder can be configured to suspend processing of readings for alarms and max/min statistics for a period of time after button press activity. This allows the user to review the current statistics or clear an alarm without causing a false alarm or statistic while handling the recorder.

The TandD TR-74Ui Data Logger can simultaneously measure and record four items: Illuminance, Ultraviolet Light (UV), Temperature and Humidity. In addition to these, the TR-74Ui is also capable of displaying Cumulative Illuminance and Cumulative Amount of Ultraviolet Light in the LCD display.

The product is an all-in-one package that includes the data logger unit, sensor and software. Simply by connecting to a PC via a USB connection and carrying out a few easy steps, the measurement and recording of data can be started.
