The HiTemp140-HPT offers flexibility with four available probe lengths. Please refer to the can sizing document for proper guidance. The selected length applies to both the HiTemp140-CF probe and the Thermalock sheath. Additionally, the supplied fittings are compatible with various packaging types, including jars, bottles, and pouches.

High and Low limits may be set. Once data meets or exceed sets limits, the device will record to memory. Bi-level start and stop triggers can also be programmed. Users can specify the number of readings to take after the device triggers.
