Return and Warranty

Returns

• In the unlikely event that your orders arrives damaged, or it is faulty, please notify us and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched.
• If an issue occurs during the warranty period, we will need you to send an email to sales@loggershop.co.uk or call on 01929 459 459 so that we can commence the Incident Report Form [IRF] process.
  In compliance with our ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditation we must document the issue, cause and rapidly deploy a solution if the issue is a manufactured defect.
• Issues outside of the warranty period follow the same process, but the solution will require discussion.

Warranty

• All reusable electronic equipment is supported with a 12 month warranty.
  Items such as single use, disposable data loggers have a 12 month ‘dormant’ warranty whilst they are on the shelf. 

Units returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover mishandling, modification or battery replacement and is subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Support beyond the warranty period: We pride ourselves on our customer support, doing everything possible to assist you with your equipment throughout it’s life span.

1. Introduction

LS Technology  (LoggerShop) including subsidiaries and affiliates provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website (“website”) to visitors (“visitors”) (cumulatively referred to as “you” or “your” hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website.

2. Information on the Website

Whilst every effort is made to update the information contained on this website, neither the LS Technology nor any third party or data or content provider make any representations or warranties, whether express, implied in law or residual, as to the sequence, accuracy, completeness or reliability of information, opinions, any share price information, research information, data and/or content contained on the website (including but not limited to any information which may be provided by any third party or data or content providers) (“information”) and shall not be bound in any manner by any information contained on the website. the LS Technology reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website. No information shall be construed as advice and information is offered for information purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. 4. Payment for Goods

PAYMENT: The Company shall render invoices to the Purchaser on despatch of goods. Payment of these invoices shall be effected within 30 days of the date thereof unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the Company and the Purchaser.
Fee’s will be charged for late payment on the following scale:

2.5% Charged on total invoice 7 days late after due date
5% Charged on total invoice 1 calendar month late after due date
8% Charged on total invoice 2 calendar months late after due date
Admin Fee £40 added to invoice For continuing lateness or repeat offending.

Fees are at the management’s discretion.
Continuing non-payment of any invoice may result in the debt being put in the hands of debt collection agencies.

5. Cancellation Charges

Please ensure you have checked delivery times on the products you are ordering. LoggerShop does not guarantee products are held in stock. Orders cancelled because of delivery times we have not guaranteed will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee on the total order value. I.E The card used to process the payment will be credited the total amount spent less 5%.. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery times and stock.

6. User / Human errors

LoggerShop cannot be held accountable for ordering of incorrect product (unless advised incorrectly by LoggerShop personnel) not activating or incorrect typing of discount codes, incorrect delivery/invoice address (customer registration details) or any other user/human errors.

Restocking charges due to customer error include a percentage of the transaction fee, estimated at 20%-30% along with all carriage charges.

External links may be provided for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of the LS Technology and no representation is made as to their content. Use or reliance on any external links and the content thereon provided is at your own risk. When visiting external links you must refer to that external websites terms and conditions of use.
