- In the unlikely event that your orders arrives damaged, or it is faulty, please notify us and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched.
- If an issue occurs during the warranty period, we will need you to send an email to [email protected] or call on 01929 459 459 so that we can commence the Incident Report Form [IRF] process.
In compliance with our ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditation we must document the issue, cause and rapidly deploy a solution if the issue is a manufactured defect.
- Issues outside of the warranty period follow the same process, but the solution will require discussion.
- All reusable electronic equipment is supported with a 12 month warranty.
Items such as single use, disposable data loggers have a 12 month ‘dormant’ warranty whilst they are on the shelf.
Units returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover mishandling, modification or battery replacement and is subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
