How to configure TempSen Tempod data loggers
Create an online configuration profile:
TempSen have put together an online template to complete – go to the TempSen website to find this.
- On the dashboard, each TempSen Tempod data logger is listed, so you can quickly click on the model you’re using.
- Select your desired recording parameters and the alarm ranges you want to monitor.
- Set-up what you’d like to be included in the PDF report: the title, time zone, date format and language.
- Input the AccessKey for verification.
- Ensure you click the tick box under the Download button if you need a report for validation purposes.
Once you have downloaded your Configuration Profile, you need to send this to your data logger. To configure your TempSen data logger, using the USB connector, plug it in to your laptop or computer. Then drag and drop the Configuration Profile to your TempSen data logger – it’s just like saving a file on a USB drive!
As simple as that, you have a data logging system that you can use to monitor and track the temperature.
Be aware: if your data logger displays “Err” the configuration will have been unsuccessful, and you will need to double-check the parameters and then repeat the above steps. When the set-up has been completed, the TempSen data logger screen will display “ConF”.
