This fast-response temperature data logger is a unique solution for rapidly sampling and recording precise temperature data during validation routines in ovens, autoclaves and sterilisers. The durable construction allows for use in extreme temperature environments.

The HiTemp140-FR joins the ever-expanding range of MadgeTech data loggers for validation purposes, which encompass the demand for reliability and high performance at reasonable prices.

Guidance for using the HiTemp140-FR extreme data logger

Configure a single HiTemp140 FR using the IFC400 interface or multiple data loggers with the IFC406 multiplexer. This submersible data logger is made from stainless steel and has an IP68 construction, enabling operation in any environment between -40°C and +140°C (with no time limit). Use the TSK shield for limited-time use of the extreme data logger in -200°C to +250°C.

Once the validation exercise has been concluded, wait for the fast response data loggers to cool down or warm up and insert them back into the interface. Using the MT4 software and ‘workflows’ to automatically download and save data, you can generate customised reports and perform analytical functions.

HiTemp140 FR features include:
