The Thermovault is a data logger used for over profiling and can with stand temperatures of 350°C for 30 minutes. (see table below)
The data logger is pre programmed and placed in the thermal shield before being placed in the process to record the temperatures. The free easy to use software enables the start time and recording interval to be pre set and analysed once the process has been completed. Data can be shown in graphical or tabular format and exported in excel or PDF format for distribution.Optional secure software enables 21 CFR 11 compliance.
A fast recording rate of 4 reading per second makes Thermovault an excellent value high temperate validation and mapping instrument.
The Thermovault is commonly used for conveyor and batch ovens, powered coating and cure ovens as well as the food industry.
