Time temperature sensitive products are shipped at various temperatures to ensure product quality is maintained. Most of our cold chain data loggers are suitable for use in frozen, chilled and controlled ambient shipments. Alarm limits should be configured in accordance with the manufactures recommendations, if these are breached the single use data logger will display a warning and define the extent of the issue when downloaded data is displayed with time over and/or time under temperature results.

Preconfigured single use data loggers have been programmed ready for deployment at the press of a button, making the training of operators a very simple process and negating the need to install and validate any software.
Configurable supply chain data loggers require programming before deployment which requires the installation of software and uploading a recording profile. Although this process takes more time, it ensures you have applied a configuration specific to the temperature controlled product. Single use cold chain data loggers with a direct USB connection negate the need for a separate computer interface being present at dispatch and delivery destinations. Solutions with an integral USB download port are ideally suited to shipping routes with multiple and ever changing recipients as there is no requirement for an interface to be present or software to be installed.
